Faridabad News, 17 Aug 2021 : DAV Institute of Management, Faridabad following the legacy of Arya Samaj values always believes in helping the needy so as to make one’s life happy and worth living. To contribute in this mission, the Rotaract Club of DAVIM under the aegis of DAVIM Centre for Environment in association with Rotary Club of Faridabad District 3011 under the Project “PRIDE CLOTHING” organised a Clothes Donation drive from 10th August to 15th August 2021. All the faculty members and students came forward and donated clothes, shoes, stationery and Games for the noble cause. The items collected were further donated to “The Earth Saviours Foundation”, Gurugram.
Dr. Ritu Gandhi Arora, Officiating Principal applauded the efforts of Dr. Neelam Gulati- Head Centre for Environment and her team Ms. Vandana Jain, Dr. Nidhi Turan, Dr. Geetika Khurana and Ms. Neha Sharma for motivating the students consistently to come up with the ideas of serving the society at large. She further appreciated the Rotaract Club of DAVIM students for volunteering the event and making it a success.
