Alia Bhatt Praises Om Ka Hari - Calls it “A Gem of a Film and So Full of Heart”, Urges Audiences to Watch It With Their Parents

Mumbai News : Ali Bhatt took to social media to praise her mother’s film Om Ka Hari and calls the Anshuman Jha & Raghubir Yadav starrer, father Vs son drama deeply moving and applauds its ensemble for capturing the warmth, bickering and banter of a family. She took to her social media to praise the film saying. “A gem of a film so full of heart… #OmKaHari. Mum @sonirazdan, you have made something really special”. 

She also praised the film’s ensemble, highlighting Raghubir Yadav, Anshuman Jha and Ayesha Kapur, and capturing the essence of its central relationship as she wrote that watching them together “really felt like watching a family’s bicker & banter.”

But it was her final message that perhaps echoes the very heart of Om Ka Hari, “Really, go watch this one with your parents.” which is in line with BYOB-Bring your own baap campaign that the film has been running.

For Anshuman Jha, who stars as Om and is also one of the film’s producers, Alia’s words carry a particularly personal resonance. A fellow March 15th-er and fellow Piscean, Jha took to his own social media to thank the actor and artist, calling her the “Alpha,” while expressing gratitude for the fact that she not only watched the film but connected with what lies at its emotional core. “Some people watch a film. Some people feel it. Thank you for feeling ours,” Jha shared in his social media m note to Alia.
