The Parent Puppet Show: Nurturing Values Through Creative Learning

New Delhi : Manthan–Sampoorna Vikas Kendra (SVK), the education initiative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), successfully organized “The Parent Puppet Show” under its “Manthan for Mentors” initiative onNovember 2025 at the NCUI Auditorium, Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The event beautifully combined creativity, parenting insights, and value-based learning through an engaging puppet-based presentation.

A Unique Concept in Parenting Awareness

The evening began with an introductory video depicting the innovative The Parent Puppet Concept, emphasizing how parental behavior shapes a child’s emotional and moral development.

Enlightening Sessions & Soulful Guidance

Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji beautifully shed light on the challenges faced by modern-day parents, addressing how the fast-paced lifestyle often distances families from emotional connection and mindful communication and introduced the purpose behind The Parent Puppet Show- to awaken conscious parenting, where awareness, empathy, and value-based nurturing form the foundation of every parent-child bond.

The highlight of the evening was The Parent Puppet Skit, a captivating hour-long presentation that used relatable, real-life situations to mirror the everyday struggles of parents. Through humor, emotion, and reflection, the skit offered simple yet profound solutions, reminding everyone that effective parenting blossoms through compassion, patience, and understanding.

Following the skit, Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji seamlessly transitioned the audience into an engaging “Head Mask Activity.” The activity served as a creative medium to reinforce the session’s core message — helping parents and educators reflect on their roles through a blend of fun, symbolism, and self-awareness. This thoughtful exercise made the entire learning experience interactive, insightful, and deeply memorable for everyone present.

Dignitaries & Launch Ceremony

The event witnessed the graceful presence of distinguished guests including the Chief Dignitary Ms. Bansuri Swaraj and the DJJS preachers - Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Shripada Bharti Ji and Sadhvi Jaivani Bharti Ji. They jointly launched the Social Media Sanitization (“SMS”) movement- a thoughtful initiative aimed at strengthening communication and awareness among parents and educators.

Ms.Bansuri Swaraj addressed the audience, appreciating Manthan SVK’s continuous efforts in nurturing underprivileged children with holistic education.

Later in the evening, Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji led an inspiring interactive session that featured Madalasa’s Lullaby—a timeless message of conscious upbringing—and a captivating Kathank performed by the Sanskarshala children, beautifully illustrating the “100th Monkey Effect.” The performance emphasized how collective positive change begins with individual transformation, leaving the audience deeply moved and reflective.
