ANZ LAWz organised a grand memorial lecture of tribute for legendary Ram Jethmalani

New Delhi News, 30 Nov 2019 : A grand memorial lecture was organised to pay tribute to the legendary Ram Jethmalani at Teen Murti Bhawan, New Delhi. Event saw galaxies of legal luminaries and people across different walk of life. Justice A. K. Sikri, International Judge, Singapore and Former Judge Mk Supreme Court of India were the chief guest. Along with him the event was graced by the presence of Mahesh Jethmalani, Senior Advocate and a proud son, Sanjay R. Hegde, Senior Advocate, Ms. Lataa Jethmalani, wife of Ram Jethmalani, S. Ganesh, Senior Advocate, Osama Suhail, Advocate, convenor of the event, and Senior Partner of ANZ LAWZ, including many other prominent personalities.

Justice A. K. Sikri stated extensively about Ram Jethmalani ji. He made revelation thaRam Jethamalani’s last argument was before him. Mahesh Jethmalani, Senior Advocate takes us to undisclosed path of his life. He told that his father, Ram Jethmalani was advised by his senior that he should go to India to practice at the time of partition considering his security. On the other hand, Ms. Lataa Jethmalani, wife of Ram Jethmalani brought emotional moments although did not say a word. Her eyes were full of his memories.

Sanjay R. Hegde, Senior Advocate paid homage to the man described by him as unparalleled in the legal fraternity. Whereas, S. Ganesh, Senior Advocate also shared words exchanged between him and Ram Jethmalani ji on his 92nd Birthday. He shared motto of life of Ram jethmalani ji was only hard work.

Osama Suhail, Advocate and Senior Partner of ANZ LAWZ highlighted the need of sustaining and disseminating learning of Ram Jethamalani ji. He expressed his shock that Ramjethmalani ji has not been given any civilian award. As per him, Jethmalani Sahab was the real Ratna of India. He went on to say the award needs Ram Jethmalani ji for its credibility. He announced that his firm ANZ LAWz will conduct seminar, moot court, memorial Lecture and publication in the name of Ram Jethamalani.
