New Delhi News : International Education and Cultural Seminar – Focus Country South Korea was organised at the Korean Cultural Centre, New Delhi . The chief guest was Kim Kum-pyoung, director, Korean Cultural Centre India. The main participants were Principals and educationists across Delhi and NCR. Amongst those attended the seminar were Dr. Indu Khetarpal, Salwan Public School, Rajendra Nagar, Dr. Anju Tandon, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Mehta Vidyalaya, K.G. Marg, Dr. Manisha Sharma, Venkateshwar International School, Dwarka, Mukta Misra, Delhi Public School, Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, Dr. Neelu Goswami, VSPK International School, Rohini, Reena Charles, Presidium School, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Manju Rana, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Ghaziabad.

The participants experienced various Korean cultural sites through 360-degree virtual reality devices, toured the Korean Cultural Centre and tried out the traditional Korean dresses. Seminar was followed by Korean lunch. Fondly remembering her visit to South Korea, participant Anju Tandon expressed that she will visit again. Highlighting the fact that South Korea is one the safest countries in the world, she informed that Koreans are very warm and courteous people. Kim Kum-pyoung presented Korean souvenirs and certificates to the participation. This seminar was organised by Athena Ventures with the support of Korea Tourism Organisation and Korean Cultural Centre India.
